A man who won the lottery twice has pleaded guilty to saying he was bankrupt (had no more money).
James Gregson, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, won two million-dollar lotteries. He chose to take the money as $35,000 a year. Later, he filed for bankruptcy. This is an official statement that someone has no money and cannot pay their bills. Gregson didn't tell his bankruptcy trustee about the lottery winnings.
Someone gave the trustee a tip about this. Gregson swore that he hadn't bought the lottery tickets -- he said his parents had.
He also filled out a tax form saying his income for the year was $0.
